You’ve read all the articles. You tried switching from low-fat to low-carb. You’ve cranked out so many miles on that treadmill you’re certain you could have been all across North America and back.
There’s barely room left in your kitchen cabinet it’s so filled with supplements that didn’t deliver…….and still, after crunches, twists, and several bouts of secretly despising the instructor of your spinning classes, you can’t see those abs! Or, maybe the abs are there but you can still pinch that layer if you grab around the sides of your waist.
The world is so obsessed with getting rid of fat………………yet with all of your effort, it just doesn’t want to go away.
